Phillips Precision Medicraft is a U.S. based single-source solution for the manufacturing of advanced orthopedic implants, instrumentation and sophisticated sterilization delivery systems, cases and trays.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Quality Control, On-time delivery, the most experienced engineering staff and the equipment to produce the most complex geometry in the industry. All this is accomplished within a fully certified ISO13485 facility supported by Dynamic Control Plans, PFMEA Data, First Article Inspection, Device History Records, Process Validation, Statistical Process Control all built into our turnkey manufacturing process.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations, both in Elmwood Park and we always have our eye out for great space.
