What is your primary product or service?
Daily Money Management and Small Business Bookkeeping in New Jersey. Daily Money Manager services include bill paying within a timely basis, performing financial maintenance, bank reconciliations, health insurance follow-up and paperwork support for individuals. Daily Money Management is catered to seniors, disabled individuals, elderly parents or busy people needing assistance with personal daily financial tasks. Bookkeeping services for small businesses in NJ metropolitan areas.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have may years of corporate and small company accounting experience. I have always performed side work for individuals and small businesses as well. I enjoyed working with individuals and small businesses to the extent that I decided to become a daily money manager for individuals that needed assistance paying bills, filing insurance, following up on insurance and fulfill other financial obligations. I've always liked working with small businesses as well, whether it be through quickbooks or other GL software. I also hold an MBA in accounting.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I genuinely care about the people I work for. I realize that every client has individual needs. I listen to what people have to say about their situation before coming up with a plan. I give the best service I possible can. I also take it very personally, so that it is not a 9 to 5 job. It is a major part of my life.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I service the New Jersey area and Rockland County. I am based out of Bergen County. I travel to my clients, especially seniors or disabled. Its not easy for them to get around sometimes.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I work out of River Edge, NJ or at clients location. I provide an in home or onsite service as needed. I travel to my clients.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept personal checks or business checks.
Which areas do you service?
New Jersey and Rockland County New York. I can service remotely or by mail if needed.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own my company and run daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
I am available to my clients day and night. I always encourage them to call me anytime. I will work long days and weekends when the situation as needed.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment anyone can give me is that I will do whatever it takes to get the job done. I never give up on any problems until I find the answer. I am also very friendly and put myself in my client's shoes so I can see things from their perspective.
